Start with the application
Tell us where the glass will be used, the building type and whether the work is a new installation or a replacement. Include requirements from your designer, such as fire, structural, acoustic or thermal performance.
Provide drawings and dimensions
Use millimetres and distinguish opening dimensions from finished glass dimensions. Include quantities, shape, holes, cut-outs and edge finishes. For curved glass, send the geometry or a drawing rather than a single width measurement.
Explain the site and supply requirements
Provide the delivery postcode, access information and whether you are asking for supply only or additional services. Ask us to confirm delivery, unloading and installation responsibilities in the quotation.
Confirm before manufacture
Check the final specification, dimensions, price, documentation, delivery estimate and warranty terms. Ask about anything that is unclear before confirming the order.
Discuss your project
Send the product type, intended use, dimensions in millimetres, quantity and delivery postcode. Include a drawing or photograph where available. We will confirm the suitable specification, availability, delivery arrangements and price for your project.
