Before ordering

• Confirm the glass specification, dimensions, quantity and finish.
• Check the supporting frame, fixings and any performance or consent requirements with your designer.
• Ask for the available documents for the exact proposed product and configuration.
• Confirm price, delivery, unloading, installation scope, timing and any warranty in the written quotation.

Drawings and measurements

Clearly state the units and distinguish finished glass sizes from opening sizes. Do not assume a sketch or preliminary measurement is a manufacturing instruction; final details should be agreed before production.
