Trent 65 Casement System
Trent 65 Casement System is an FRPU (fibreglass-reinforced polyurethane) window profile engineered for high-performance casement applications. Combined with double or triple insulated glazing, the 65 mm profile delivers whole-window U-values of 1.2–1.8 W/m²·K, meeting the thermal requirements of passive-house and ultra-low-energy buildings while achieving fire integrity of up to 1 hour.
Designed for energy-conscious architecture, the Trent 65 system pairs excellent thermal insulation with fire resistance, dimensional stability, low embodied energy, and a wide range of finishes. It is particularly well suited to projects that exceed the standard 75 % energy-saving code, and offers added benefits in haze reduction, acoustic comfort, wind resistance, and fire safety.
Key Features
Outstanding Thermal Performance
Whole-window U-value as low as 1.2 W/m²·K with Low-E triple insulated glazing.
Fire Resistance
Achieves fire integrity (E) of 1 hour or 0.5 hour, depending on configuration.
Dimensional Stability
FRPU profile resists thermal expansion and twisting over time.
Low Embodied Energy
Lower production-energy footprint than aluminium alternatives.
Wide Range of Finishes
Solid colours and wood-grain finishes to match any architectural style.
